You’ve got the Qs! We’ve got the As.

  • Do I need a college degree to enroll in real estate school?

No degree is required. You can even take the class before graduating high school BUT you must be 18 and have a high school diploma to take the state licensing test once you complete the course. Our courses are designed for beginners, so you’ll gain the knowledge and confidence to pass the Indiana licensing exam, even if you’re new to real estate.

  • What class formats are available?

    In-person classes: 10-week standard or 5-week accelerated

    Online self-paced courses (coming soon)

Hybrid courses: online learning plus scheduled live sessions (coming soon)

  • What is the attendance and participation policy for in-person classes?

For in-person courses, the state mandates that students attend at least 80% of sessions

Participation in discussions and exercises is strongly recommended

  • How long do I have to complete the course and take the licensing exam?

You have up to one year after completing the course to pass the Indiana licensing exam, but we recommend scheduling your exam as soon as you are prepared to keep the material fresh.

  • What is your refund or cancellation policy?

Full refund if you cancel 7 days before the course starts

Once a course begins, no refunds will be given.

  • Do you offer support for passing the licensing exam?

    Yes! Students have access to:

    Practice exams and study guides

Exam-taking strategies and tips from experienced instructors

Guidance on scheduling the exam and preparing for state-specific questions

  • Can I retake a course if I need extra help?

Yes! If you feel you need a refresher, we offer discounted retakes for students who completed the course with us previously. This ensures you feel fully prepared for the licensing exam.

  • Do you offer ongoing support after I finish the course?

Absolutely! We’re committed to your success. Here’s how:

Instructors are available for post-course questions and career advice

    Access to continuing education guidance

Tips on marketing, networking, and building your real estate business

  • When does the next class start?

Because classes run approximately 10 weeks, we try to have a day and evening option every quarter of the year. Feel free to contact us regarding future classes.
