No degree is required. You can even take the class before graduating high school BUT you must be 18 and have a high school diploma to take the state licensing test once you complete the course. Our courses are designed for beginners, so you’ll gain the knowledge and confidence to pass the Indiana licensing exam, even if you’re new to real estate.

In-person classes: 8 or 10-week standard or 5-week accelerated, depending on the time of the year

You have up to one year after completing the course to pass the Indiana licensing exam, but we recommend scheduling your exam as soon as you are prepared to keep the material fresh.

A full refund (minus services fees of 6%) is possible if requested in writing 7 days before the course starts
